Il 1^ Manuale del  Team Coach per chi lavora in SQUADRA e vuole farla funzionare. Per chiunque fatica nella squadra ma vuole dare un contributo ed un senso al proprio lavoro quotidiano. In particolare per i leaders, i coaches ma anche chi lavora nelle risorse umane HR. Per chi di loro si sente educatore. Per chi ritiene che il capitale umano di una squadra valga molto più dei singoli e del loro costo, a patto che la squadra funzioni. Ma come far funzionare la squadra? E' necessario prendersene cura! Se hai un problema al lavoro, forse non hai bisogno di cambiare le persone con cui lavori. Hai bisogno di cambiare il modo con cui le vedi, motivi, gestisci e valorizzi.

Il libro nasce dall'idea che non ci sono persone che sono talenti in se' ma che tutti e ciascuno hanno talenti, competenze da mettere a disposizione o al servizio degli altri.

Si tratta di scoprirli, ispirarli, dargli il giusto ruolo e valorizzarli nella squadra, perché "insieme vinciamo".
